Estimated delivery duration:

* **Karachi:** 1–3 working days
* **All Other Cities:** 3–6 working days

Delays may occur due to:

* Courier workload
* Weather conditions
* Public holidays
* Sale season rush

## **💰 Shipping Charges**

* **Orders above Rs. 3000:** Free Shipping
* **Orders below Rs. 3000:** Charges vary (Rs. 200)

Shipping fee is shown at checkout.

* Orders are processed within **24 hours**
* Orders placed after 6 PM are processed next working day
* No shipping on Sundays and public holidays

## **✋ Cash on Delivery (COD)**

COD is available across Pakistan.
Please keep your phone active for courier calls.

## **❗ Failed Delivery / Wrong Address**

If the customer:

* Does not answer phone
* Provides an incorrect address
* Refuses the parcel

The parcel will be returned and customer must pay delivery charges again if they want redelivery.
