We aim to provide high-quality hijabs, sleeves, caps, and modest wear to our customers in Pakistan.

Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns

We only accept returns if:

* The product received is **defective**, **damaged**, or **incorrect**.
* You inform us within **24 hours** of receiving your order.
* You provide **unboxing video** as proof (mandatory).

We do not accept returns for:

* Wrong size/color selected by customer
* Change of mind
* Used or washed items
* Clearance/sale items

Exchanges:

You can request an exchange if:

* The received item is damaged
* The wrong item was delivered

Exchange window: **24 hours from delivery**
Customer must return the product in **unused, original condition**.

Return shipping cost:

* If mistake from our side → **We pay**
* If customer wants to exchange color/size → **Customer pays**

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued when:

* Product is unavailable/out of stock
* Customer paid online but order couldn't be fulfilled
* Wrong or damaged product delivered AND replacement is unavailable

Refund method:

* Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
* Processing time: **2–4 working days**

Order Cancellation

* Orders can be canceled **within 1 hour** of placing the order
* Shipped orders cannot be canceled
